Psychotherapist

About Me

I deeply value the mind-body connection and take a holistic approach to therapy. I integrate mindfulness and self-care practices to support meaningful change and healing. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions.
My Approach

As a psychotherapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and perinatal clients, utilizing a variety of strength-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

I believe that each individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation within themselves. My role is to guide, support, and empower you on that journey. Together, we will build on your strengths and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion. Let’s work together to create a path toward healing and personal growth.
