About Me

I view therapy as a collaborative journey built on trust and a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach is non-judgmental, creating a safe space where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I am passionate about ensuring my clients feel heard and understood, and I work alongside them to foster hope, resilience, and a sense of control over their emotions. My goal is to support and guide individuals as they overcome obstacles, adapt to change, and achieve their personal goals.

My Approach

I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults, providing a safe space for them to express their feelings while exploring unwanted patterns, frustrating habits, or unhelpful behaviors. My approach is guided by my clients’ unique problems, needs, and desires, blending psychodynamic therapy with appropriate elements of evidence-based treatments. Together, we not only identify ways to adjust these areas but also gain a deeper understanding of why they occur, helping my clients feel more in control of their thoughts and actions. I also specialize in the adolescent experience and hold a Child and Adolescent Certificate from the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
